Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City, and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make mozzarella, tomato, and basil. Beautiful! Our cost, tomatoes are expensive, these tomatoes. They're $3 a pound. Let me just try this first because everybody's just waiting. Mm. This is so good, though. Worth the $3 a pound for the tomatoes. Look how beautiful it looks. A tray this size, under $10 still. A bushel of basil, even in the worst times when it's hard to find, $1.50 to $2.00 for a bushel that size. You can grow it like I did on my terrace, and it doesn't cost anything. Or you could always have some extra virgin olive oil. Go out and buy a big one like this. It's worth it because I cook a lot with olive oil. So I'm saying tomatoes are a little expensive, mozzarella's going to be about $10 a pound. Excuse me. But you're going to need about a half a pound for this dish, so again, under $10. $10, let's say, you got a nice platter. It's going to feed at least six to eight, maybe ten people, if they all just take one or two. So that's it. As far as storage, you could take all of these, put them in your Tupperware. When I come back, I'll show you just how easy it is to do that. It's something you guys should make. It's delicious, it's fresh, it's just looks amazing, too. It's got a great look. People see that, they're like, "Wow. What is it?" It almost looks like all the Italian colors, too, which my grandmother always used to say, which I love. It's a little taste of Italy. So make it for your friends, make it for your family.
