"This recipe calls for six cloves of garlic. That's going to make this some supreme soup, let me tell you. But to use that, we need to get the skin off them, and I use this tool here that I found one day in the store. Maybe it was Bed Bath and Beyond, or some other little houseware store, I don't remember. Probably have them at K-mart, too, and Target. It's just a simple tool of a a round piece of plastic, and all you do is you take your clove of garlic with the skin on, you put it in in there, and you give it some pressure; requires some pressure while you're pushing down to rolling, and it comes out separated; the skin from the fruit. Again, like this, oops, just comes flying out. Sometimes it takes two tries. There you go, the skin comes off, and what you want to do then too is cut the cut the ends off, because these little the little end here where it attaches to the bulb can be bitter. I have some here already pre-peeled. I'm just going to cut the ends off these. There you go, so now I have my garlic all ready for the food processor."
