Types of Parmesan for Alfredo Ramen Recipes

It wouldn't be an Alfredo sauce if it didn't have Parmesan Cheese. So we have two kinds of Parmesan Cheese today just to show you what you will be looking for at the grocery store. This is a grated aged 10 months Parmesan Cheese, conventional kind, dry and flaky and found in the tube. Or you can find this shredded Parmesan. This is going to be a little more expensive. It is expensive as this cheese says on the label and it is going to be more like you find in restaurants. The cream cheese and butter are already going to make your Alfredo Sauce incredibly rich so it is really up to you, cost and taste what kind of cheese you go with. Today we are going to use the Parmesan Cheese instead of the flaked or grated. It's just lovely.
