Adding Wet Ingredients to Alfredo Ramen Recipes

Now when you set your noodles aside, you will begin mixing your ingredients for your sauce. It is really important when making an Alfredo Sauce that you reduce the heat to almost as low as possible because some of the ingredients will burn and stick to the bottom of the pan if you are not careful. So first you will take your half cup of milk and get it warming in your sauce pan. As that is warming, you will add your 1 ounce of cream cheese and I like to cut the cream cheese into smaller chunks using my trusty fork. The best friend a Ramen Noodle chef ever had and this way they have more surface area. Going to do the same thing with the 2 tablespoons of butter. Cutting things up is kind of like chewing up a piece of hard candy. It dissolves faster. So we are going to cut up our butter and cream cheese so that it dissolves faster than our butter. Once you've added your cream cheese and your butter to your milk, grab your spoon and just stir it occasionally and keep an eye on it. You want to get the butter and cream cheese dissolved in the milk before you move along any further.
