Now when your Ramen Noodles have finished boiling and reached the 3 minute mark, you need to drain the water out. I know those of you who have made Ramen Noodles before follow the information on the package, tend to leave the water in and mix in the seasoning packet. We don't do that. Today for this recipe, Ramen Noodles Alfredo will be draining the water out of the noodles. And you can do that using a colander or if you don't have a colander or if you are like me you simply hate cleaning colanders, you can use your fork which is your most trusty assistant when preparing Ramen Noodles. So we go on over to the sink and you just hold the fork against the noodles to keep them in the sauce pan as you pour the water in the sink. It is okay if you don't get all of the water out because you can use your fork again to simply lift the noodles out of the sauce pan and any remaining water will remain in the sauce pan after you transfer the noodles into your bowl. Again, that can be a mixing bowl or a bowl that you plan to eat out of later.
