Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be checking all of our exterior faucets. First off you want to make sure that you disconnect all hoses so that they don't freeze and cause a pipe to break. The next thing I'll do is I'll turn the faucet on just a little bit and then back off and then I'm going to watch it just to see if all the water drips out of it. If there might be a leak that will cause it to continually drip this faucet doesn't seem to be dripping, so it looks pretty good. Lastly, you want to make sure that you know where all of your shutoff valves are especially your main shutoff valve in case a pipe does break during winter. You want to know where that is so you can shut it off quickly.
