Next take your colander or strainer, your ramens should be finished by the time you have your sauced mixed. Go over the the sink and simply dump the ramens into the colander and shake it all about until all the water is strained. Usually when you make ramen noodles the conventional way with the seasoning packet you leave the water in and it creates sort of a noodle soup. What we are going to for today is more of a noodle plate or bowl with a thick and hearty sauce. At this point it is also important to mention that pesto lime ramen noodles are equally enjoyable hot or cold. Now if I'm going to make the hot I usually just put the hot noodles directly on the meat and the sauce and allow the noodles themselves to warm the other ingredients. Or you can put them, after you drain them you can return them to the pan to heat with the sauce and the noodles. For the cold option you simply run some cold water over the ramen while they are still in the colander, this cools the noodles which can be added to your already cool sauce to create a cool dish.
