How to Paint New Siding for a Home

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be painting our new material. For this I'm going to be using a good exterior latex flat paint. Now I've taking a piece of the old siding in and have them match the color so when we paint it it should match up nicely. Now I'm going to be applying this with a small roller similar to the way that I applied the primer and I'm going to make sure that I get a nice pretty thick coat. I might need to put two coats on if one doesn't cover it the way I like it to. You're going to want to make sure that you get all the sides and the ends as well, once you get those painted go ahead and let them sit until they dry.
