Use an Electric Trimmer

Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we'll be talking about trimming procedures. First off you want to inspect the area that you are going to be trimming, if there is any string or wires or here we have a pinwheel that is in the ground. You want to make sure and remove those before you start. You want to make sure again that you are using both hands on the handles and we are going to want to make a sweeping motion as we start trimming. We don't want to get to close to a rock, fence whatever we are trimming around but, we want to get just close enough to trim that. (trimming) Now you never want to force the trimmer and if we have real tall grass or tall weeds like we have here you want to take it in a few increments and just keep cutting it until it gets a little bit shorter and a little bit shorter.
