Kettlebell Snatch Exercises

And I am going to demonstrate how to do a kettlebell snatch with a kettlebell. It’s important when you do it, your kettlebell snatch, that when the kettlebell gets to about shoulder level you pull with your bicep. And as the moment continues to carry the belt upward that you punch your hand toward the ceiling and that you stop your arm directly above your shoulder. If you fail to stop your arm above your shoulder if you stop it forward of your shoulder the kettlebell’s going to come down and slam into your forearm. It’s going to be painful.
