Hi, this is Brenda F. Dixon. I am with Life Help Now. I am the owner of it and I am with Expert Village. We are here talking about how to overcome anger. Now there are a few more definitions that I want to give you so that you will have a clear understanding of what anger is. It is not just one thing, it is several different aspects of. Anger, is an indentation which is a righteous anger where someone feels like they have been unjustly treated and they have been insulted. There is a rage where there is kind of a madness that just overcomes someone. There is a fury that you know it is just like it has grades and it just keeps getting deeper and deeper and wilder and wilder inside of the person. When you read it in books, it means ire. So, I just want you to know that there are more than one definition of anger, to help you understand it a little bit about it. The next time we are together we are going to talk about actually how one of the aspects of overcoming anger.
