Adding Water to Braised Eggplants & Curry

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. I love to add Garam Masala since it gives a nicer taste to the recipe. I f people think that their eggplants are not very soft, they can always add water. I'm adding a bit because my eggplants they are much softer. So I've added some water to it which will work as a curry. And here is the recipe. You need to cook for almost five minutes and I think the braised eggplant recipe would be ready. For sure we'll be garnishing it but later. But you need to cook it for almost five minutes. Here we go. Of course we can garnish it with coriander leaves but later. The need you think to do is always.
