Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. The basic idea of adding soy sauce is to have a taste and have a color. So let's have a look here. They?ve almost started refrying and a nice thing is coming to me that they have already turned into brown and golden. I need to just deep fry it for two to three minutes more and them they'll be done. Of course we'll be working on the puree but I have to work on my eggplants first. Because I need to make it kind of chips the way we do with potatoes and anything else. But if we ever deep fry potatoes, we try to soften as much as we can so that later on we don't find out that it is hard. So same thing we're going to do with eggplants. We'll be deep frying it to an extent till they turn into soft and nice chips rather. Well, they've started getting soft. It will take two more minutes and then of course we'll work on the curry. Here it goes.
