Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Nice orange not orange exactly, brown golden color has started coming on to the white part of the eggplants. We'll deep fry it till it turns into a light brown and golden color. Not exactly, but so that they get soft. Then of course we'll be working on the curry part. Well, using eggplant in a Chinese dish of course it looks something different but braised eggplant is basically a Chinese recipe. So you can experiment with all kinds of spices and things you might use tasting salt or you might use Soy sauce. If people love to have Soy sauce, if people love to have Chinese they can use Soy sauce in bigger quantities. But I'll be using less quantity because I like in less quantity. So every time it depends what exactly the quantity of soy sauce would be. Well, it totally depends on you that what exactly you like. If you like the bitter taste, you can just increase it but if you don't like much, you can reduce it.
