Cutting Tops off for Making Braised Eggplants

Hi this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. So let's start on the recipe. We are going to need 2 fresh eggplants; I have 2 eggplants which would be enough for me and my hubby. Of course for my family not for my family but for 2 people actually. So I will tell you in order to make braised eggplants how you start with it. You just have to cut the upper part the way I'm cutting and to the side. The way it is right now. So you have to cut into small small pieces. The basic idea of making the braised eggplant is you are just cutting the eggplant to small small pieces and just getting it deep fried. Then you actually come to the recipe. First you would work and play with the egg plant and later on you make the recipe. So let's work on how to cut it. Well again you can make into a circle, you are making it a triangle, you are making triangular. Whatever you like, whatever your family likes but I'm telling you this vegetable is very good for your health. So of course if your kids don't like to have eggplants you can just tell him that you are going to make a Chinese recipe and of course you would be very interested to eat it.
