Using the NURBS Loft in Cinema 4D

JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. Now, we'll go our NURBS tool and we will do a loft NURBS. And to duplicate our object, I'm going to move it 500 meters along the Z axis. And then we're going to duplicate this object again. And so now, we have a series of these spline objects along the edged--top edge of the wall. And then one by one, we'll have to drop these into our NURBS object. And as we do that, let's go to the editor camera, we'll add a work light, a brighter light in the scene so that we can see what's going on. And we're lofting the object, you can see that we're getting a nice, ornate wood trim happening along the very top edge of the surface. So we'll just keep going.
