Kettlebell Clean & Jerk Exercises
Hello, my name is Adam Davila. The name of my business is Crossfit Austin. My website is http://www.crossfitaustin.com. I will be demonstrating the kettle bell clean and jerk. Okay, when you’re doing the kettle bell clean and jerk it’s important to follow the instructions as before on the kettle bell clean. Once the weight is shoulder high, you’re going to break at the knees, you’re going to drive with your legs, you’re going to dip back under and stand. Fix the weight over your head, at this point you can guide the weight back down and rest at shoulder position.
