Coat Cinnamon Fingers
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the sugar and the cinnamon together. We need it to mix well so they would go evenly on the cinnamon fingers. Then we are going to take the oil and pour it into a deeper dish. We are going to take the dough now, roll it in the oil and then take it to the cinnamon sugar mixture and then roll it there. Then place it in the tray. If you don't have a baking sheet you can oil your tray a little bit and put a little bit of flour on top and it would be fine to. They do not need too much space between them; they can be very close to each other. What we are going to do after we finish while we are doing this actually we are going to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. So that it would be ready for us when we are ready to place it in the oven. So this is one way of making and soon I'm going to show you another way to make it.
