Add Dry Ingredients to Cinnamon Fingers
Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now, we're going to add the egg to it and the yeast. You can see that the yeast started to rise a little bit. We're going to add it to the mixture. We're going to mix it all together. And now we're going to add, start adding the flour to it. I'm going to change now to a wooden spoon. It's better to mix it with a wooden spoon at that point. Okay, once it becomes a little bit harder, we're going to mix it with our hand. But we can still mix it with the spoon. Add the rest of the flour, and now I'm going to mix it by hand. The dough becomes, is going to come out very soft, and once it's ready, in two minutes, I'm just going to get all that flour into it. The dough is very nice and easy to work with. We're going to put it now in the refrigerator for four hours to chill before we continue to work with it. So what we're going to do, we're going to put it in the tin foil, close it, and I'm going to put it now in the refrigerator for four hours to chill.
