How to Control Door in Heroscape Expansion Sets

MIKE LOPEZ: Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we'll be discussing Heroscape and its expansion sets. And now we're going to go over controlling the fortress door. Now, at the beginning of the game, you either decide or the scenario will tell you who controls the fortress door and this means that that player has the door card. Now, whoever player has the door card has control of the door. Now, once again, you can take control of the door by eliminating the creature that is on door space number four and replacing it with your own creature because whatever creature occupies door number -- door space number four has control of the door and gains control of the door card. Now, at the beginning of any scenario in general, the door is usually and often closed and the door is an attackable object which takes damage counters on it and can be destroyed. Now, once again, the damage counters and the door card will go to whoever player occupies door space number four but at the beginning of the game, the control of the door will be determined by either the scenario or by the players who are playing.
