Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. A very important part of high and low impact aerobics is the music. Music is everything to help motivate you. If you don't have the right kind of music, the routine can actually be very boring and you probably won't keep it up. So the music is very important. I have a CD here. This kind of music is actually called Techno music and it has a very steady beat. It is very good to do high and low impact aerobics, because it keeps you on a continuous beat. It doesn't change at all. It doesn't slow down and speed up. It stays at a certain beats per minutes. This particular music is set up specifically for high and low impact aerobics. Now you may not have access to that, but do the best you can and find that number one your motivated by and that has a steady beat. This one is about 145 beats per minute, so it's pretty fast. If that's to fast for your, once again, find music that you love and that has a steady beat and that your motivated by that's the first thing. So, I'm going to go ahead and put this into the CD player and turn it on. You'll get a little sampling of what it sounds like, so you can hear it. It has a really fast beat, that you are going to be able to get a great work out too.
