Facial Expressions when Singing
Hi! I am Erica Lane, I am with Expert Village and I am talking about how to train the female voice. Right now, I want to talk about facial expression. Facial expression is really, really a key element to bringing out the song when ever you are singing for an audience or even when you are singing in a choir because when someone can connect with your face they can really, really see that you are feeling the song that you are singing and that it really means something to you. So, for example if I sing Amazing Grace like this... then you do not seem to be very interested probably in what I am giving you as far as the song is concerned. Let me sing with more feeling especially with more facial expression… So what I did was I got over my shyness I quit thinking “Oh! everybody starring at me” and I just felt the song.
