Grapevine High & Low Impact Aerobic Exercises

Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. We have the grapevine now. This one is a little more complicated, but it definitely adds more interest to your high and low impact aerobic routine. So I am going to start out teaching your how to do the foot work and then we're going to the high and low impact version. So, we start with our hands together, feet together. You step out with one foot, step behind with the other, step out with that first food and then tap. Step out other side, step behind, step out and tap. Let's do it again. Step out, behind, out and tap. Now other side, step out, behind, step out and tap. As you get better, you go faster. Out, behind, out and tap. Out, behind, out and tap. Out, behind, out and tap. Out behind, out and tap, not here is the low impact version. You're doing it already. Step behind, step, tap for eight, and tap, seven and tap, six, five, four, three, two, and one. Now the high impact version, once again, you add a little bit of a hop, tap step together, step, tap for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one. Now remember this one takes a little practice, but once you get it, it is definitely a lot of fun.
