Heel Tap High & Low Impact Aerobic Exercises

Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. We have another real good move. It's called the heel-tap, and we have a low impact version and a high impact version. This is a very easy move, but it is a lot of fun. Anybody can do this one. So you start with your feet together and your hands down. Take one foot and tap the heel out in front of your and bring the foot back to your starting place, so heel out and back, out, back, out back, heel, back, heel, back for eight, seven and as you get better you get faster, six, five, four, three, two, and one. Now the high impact version you just add a hop, heel, heel, heel. Now it's a little bit harder to get, but just think of pressing your heel forward for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one, back to the low impact for four, three, two, one, high impact for four, three, two, and one. That's the heel touch forward.
