Lunge High & Low Impact Aerobic Exercises

Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. The next move is a very fun move. It is the lunge and we're going to demonstrate first the low impact version and then the high impact version. So the first step is the low impact version. All you do is turn slightly step your foot out and step together. So we are going to start slowly, just like that. At the same time your arms go the opposite direction. So step out, step together, step out, step together. No I am going to speed it up. This is more of the real speed. Lunging it for eight, seven, six, five, four, and once again this is the low impact version. Keeping one foot on the floor, both feet, three, two, and one. Now the high impact version. You add a little bit of a hop in there. Your feet go off the floor for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one. So back to the low impact lunge. Now the high impact lunge.
