Side Step High & Low Impact Aerobic Exercises

Hello this is Andrea Austin and you are watching Expert Village. The next move is the step-tap move. This is a move that helps tone your outer gluts, your outer butt and your inner thighs. It's a really great move for that, and it's an easy move too, so anybody can learn it and it is a good one to integrate into your high and low impact aerobic routine. So all you do is step out to one side and tap your toe. So it's one, two. That's the count, one and two, one and two, one-two, one-two. Now when you get the feet, you can add the arms. It's just a natural step, off to the side with the arms. Just step-tap, step-tap, step-tap, tap for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one. And the high impact version is a hop-tap, hop-tap, for eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Now back to the low impact step-tap for four, three, two, one, and then the height impact, four, three, two and one. There you go.
