Skills Assessment for a Job Interview
Hi, I'm Katie Roney with Expert Village, and we are discussing how to have a successful interview. As a candidate, you should be prepared to prove your skills to the potential employer. Particularly if you're interviewing for a position that requires a specific trade or any type of skill that was learned in school. Practice, read up on it, sharpen your skills, get on the internet, do some research. You will be asked to perform these and or, you could be ask to perform these, and you want to be prepared. Okay Phil, I know that you have been doing some programming in the past, um hm, and I'd really like to see some of your, just a couple scripts if you could write those for me. We'll go in the other room and, sounds good. Are you prepared to do that? Yeah. Okay, very good. He seemed prepared. Of cours, we'll find out after he actually does it. But as long as you're ready to go, and you seem confident, and you're ready to go do it, then you should be just fine. Be confident.
