Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn how to make our stuffed veggies, Mideastern-style. Okay, next on our list for our filling is our red onion and also we have our fresh cilantro and our mint leaves. So, we're going to prepare all of these and we're going to dice them up and add those to our filling. Let's start with the red onion. Let's just cut, with my poor man's dicer, and cut the end off and throw that in the waste because we don't need it. Cut the other end off, throw that in the waste. And then I'm going to cut one layer on that side, turn it over, cut through one layer on that side, and then I'm just going to peel away the top layer. Nice and simple, just like so. And now we're ready to dice this. So what we're going to do is, it's a little slippery so be careful, we're going to cut, going across like this, and we're going to turn it sideways and then cut across those lines, so that we have little cubes basically. And then we just hold it up and thinly slice right down. And there's our diced onion. Okay? So the last of our red onion, we put that in the bowl of filler. And now, let's cut up our cilantro.
