Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn to how to make our stuffed veggies, Mideastern-style. Okay, so now that we're waiting for our bugler wheat to soak, let's start making our filling. And we're going to start with the cucumber. Okay, so we're going to trim our cucumber with our peeler here. So we're going to remember to do it nice, thin layers. You don't want to dig too deep and waste a lot of cucumber. So, it's pretty easy, comes right off. If you notice, look how thin this slice is, very thin. And I'm able to salvage most of the cucumber here. That's what's very important. So let's just finish slicing this up here, or trimming this up. Let's turn this over. We don't have to worry about getting the tip because I'm just going to cut that off anyway. So, there you go. Okay, now we're going to, let me move that out of the way, we're going to cut the ends off, throw that in the waste bowl. Cut this end off right here; throw it in the waste bowl. And now, we're going to finely chop this and add this to our bowl with the tomato pulp and the actual insides of the zucchini. So let's just cut this up a little bit here and work on a few slices. And then we're just going to just chop them up, dice them up, as fine as we can. And then we're going to dump that into our filling bowl. Okay, we're going to finish this up and then we'll move on to our next step.
