Soaking Bulgar Wheat for Stuffed Vegetables Recipe

Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn how to make our stuffed veggies, Mideastern-style. So now that we've cut and gutted our vegetables and we seasoned them, we're going to soak our bulgar wheat. Okay, for the bulgar wheat, what we're going to do is make sure you follow the directions that are on the package. So what we're going to do here today is, for one cup of bulgar wheat, we're going to use two cups of water. So let's bring two cups of water to a boil. Okay, so now that the water's boiling, we're going to take the boiling water and then we're going to pour it into our bowl with our wheat and then we're going to stir. And then, we're going to cover. And we're going to let this sit for about fifteen minutes.
