Hi. This is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to learn how to make our stuffed veggies, Mideastern-style. We just want to cut a V-shape on the top of the zucchini and then try to pull the top out. You've got to be really careful because you don't want to break the zucchini. And there goes the top. We going to cut some of this off because we want to keep this. I'm going to put this in the bowl with the tomato pulp. Remember, we're on a budget here so we don't want to waste any food if we can possibly do so. We're going to make sure we utilize all the food. Okay, so now we're going to take my teaspoon here and I'm going to try to get out the rest of the insides, as much as I can, and be really careful when I do, because this is delicate and it'll break. And remember, we're going to use this, we're going to keep, we're going to put our stuffing inside of here. So I'm going to do that right now. Just be very careful to scrape it out if you possibly can. I'm just going to have to get you a better view here. Kind of scrape it out and hollow it out. And we're going to save all that and that's going to be part of filling actually. There you go. Look at that, that's perfect. Now we've got the zucchini insides with our tomato and then this is a perfect, perfect housing for our filling. Okay, so now we're going to move on to the next step.
