So I know you are going to enjoy this. So let's look at the ingredients that it takes to make stuffed vegetables eastern style. Okay we are going to need 2 tomatoes, 1 orange bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, about a cup of bulgur wheat, 1 large red onion, 1 cucumber, fresh cilantro leaves, fresh mint leaves, some cumin seeds, some lemon juice, and some olive oil. And of course let's not forget our zucchini.
