Cooking Vegetables For ChateaubriandLASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I'm Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Now, we also fry the meat. We season it with the Mexican seasoning powder. We place it next to the vegetables, so both the meat and the vegetables will be enriched. It takes more time for the meat to get ready. I'll put some more oil on the steak.
