LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella Restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. The side dish is called green garnish which we will also fry. We cut two slices of aubergine. We also use half tomato. We cut up a leak and a few slices of courgette. We season them in the frying pan and spice it with olive oil. This will be the green garnish. I'm going to add a mushroom to it.
