On behalf of Expert Village my name is Paul Louis and today I'm going to teach you how to draw Christmas cartoon characters. A line down like that and then these little curvy lines at the bottom and there you have it a cute little Christmas elf. You can make his outfit green if you want cause a lot of the Christmas elves tend to have green.
