Hello, my name is Denise Bennet and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Here is our beautiful chocolate chip. Are big chocolate sheet that we are going to get chips from, putting it in the dehydrator and we are going to set it for a hundred and ten, it is set for a hundred and ten. And several hours later we are going to come back and probably you can break up the one sheet into several chips in about, I would say in about three or four hours. And I do like to go ahead and turn the shelves. If I haven't shown that to you before it is very simple. You just want to take this every few hours; it is not that important when. In fact if you never turned it it might just be fine, but just in case the drying is uneven inside, that is what I like to do is just kind of turn it. And then once you can start to peel it off without it breaking into a lot of little pieces then you know it is dry enough. And you can break this up into whatever size pieces that you like.
