Hello, my name is Denise Bennett, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Again, I have right here, this is a sesame and flax mixture that I want to go ahead and add in now. I don't know if you can see that, but it's starting to shape up really nice. And when I was a kid there was a, a really popular dessert and it was this chocolate and orange type of a candy stick type thing. Oh man, I was crazy for them! And I guess I had that in mind when I came up with this recipe because we're going to add fresh orange juice to it. And oh, I think if I had had this back then I would never have been interested in the other one, but that's okay. The path does what it's supposed to, when it's supposed to. Okay, I think it's about time for our orange. Why is that such a nice combination? Now again, be careful how much moisture you put whenever you're going to go to the dehydrator. If you have too much moisture it's going to take a long time to dry, and also it can be difficult to get off the wax paper. And you'll see that in a minute, we're going to roll it out. Ah, that smells good! Mm, okay.
