Hello, my name is Denise Bennet and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to do something really interesting. We are going to make some chocolate chips and they may not look exactly like the chocolate chips you're used to. We are going to use cacao and I'm actually just from the previous recipe, the chocolate balls, I have some cacao that has already been through our processor. We are also going to add cashews, date, orange, agabi, cinnamon, goji berries, coconut butter and some nuts and a little bit of flax seed. Flax seed and sesame seed, I've added the water, and if you've been following along with some of the other recipes, this is how the crackers stay together, really. It's kind of a little tricky. You can use oil, I've been told, and I have not chosen to do it that way. I don't know, I just like this idea of the flax and the sesame with some water and that makes the perfect texture so our crackers will stay together.
