Hello, my name is Denise Bennet and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. You could put coconut - this is a coffee grinder, which I use all the time; it's really nice. These are lovely, but they are going to stick together and it's nice to just kind of finish them with kind of a dusting of something a little sweet. So, here's my coffee grinder and I just used it for goji berries so it's orange. You could put coconut in with a goji berry and you'd get kind of a nice light orange color. In fact, maybe we'll do that; that would be cute. So, I've got my goji berries and we're going to put in a little bit of coconut, and here we go. I don't know if we can see that, but that's what the goji berry and coconut made. It's this beautiful, kind of an orangey white color that we're going to put right around the chocolate balls; it'll taste good and look really nice. Be careful when you're using this, there's a sharp blade in this, of course. Any time there's oil, it's going to cause it to stick inside here, so I use this for nuts and so there's always going to be oil in this. Clean it out really well and next time you use it, it's full of oil again which is ok. The coconut, of course, had some oil in it so, that's why I just use my fingers in there to get that out. Here's our mixture of the goji berry and coconut. That beautiful, beautiful color - isn't that nice? Here's our chocolate ball and it's very, very simple; I just want to coat it. Isn't this beautiful? Look at this.
