Form the Chocolate Balls

Hello, my name is Denise Bennet and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to go ahead and make these balls. This was our beautiful chocolate and we have it all ready to go. Once we make it into the balls, I'm going to put a little coating on the outside of goji berries. I kind of like small. I tend to make probably a lot of things in my life by using only what I need, I guess. So, when you make a wonderful chocolate ball and it's this size, I don't know, I think it leaves them wanting more. We seem to make so many things in our lives, in this country, humongous. They don't have to be perfect here, that's round enough right there; makes a nice little ball. As you can see, the consistency is perfect; it's staying together really nicely. Absolutely perfect!
