Hello, my name is Denise Bennet and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. If you start experimenting with these recipes, you're going to find that you'll be able to mix and match things; you have a certain flavor that you love, (maybe orange) or you don't like Goji berry; you want to switch to some other berry or some other nut. You can make this with cashews; I even brought the cashews out and I forgot to use them. So, what I want to add to this - while we're mixing it, I'm going to talk about this - I put almonds through this machine just a little while ago for another recipe and it made an almond paste, and I want to go ahead and use that now. I used some of it for the other recipe and now I'm going to use the rest of it. So, all you would do is the exact same thing that I just did with the nuts. Put a little bit of water in this if you're using this particular machine. I put the almonds through and it made this paste right here. This is it right here. I don't know if date paste is the right word, but you can make little veggie raw burgers out of this, it's a wonderful taste. You can make a pate out of it, there's a lot of different things you can do with it; very versatile. So, we're going to put a little bit of that in. I'm not going to put all that in, I think I'll put that much in. That's looking the way I want it. I'm going to mix this up and oh geez, that's nice. I'm lucky I'm a raw food chef because I don't think I would have time for anything else because this is what I love to do. I have a couple other things I can do, but this is my passion right here.
