Assemble a Pool Vac Ultra

Well we've been through the ringer here, we've taken the cleaner completely apart, we've inspected and replaced all the necessary parts and now is our final step of assembly. Just a quick punch list of things to do. First we've got to put the wings back on and you just under and over on those two hooks, pod pluck there and I like to give it a little love tap there for no good reason. Same thing over here. The wings, too, are labeled with a little tiny l here and a little tiny l there. These are important to make sure that they are in the correct place although they look identical. They are slightly different in shape. Again, the pod plug in there and a little love tap. Now we are ready for the final piece. We take it upside down here and I'm going to do it this way so I can show you. There is a front, again they are labeled here. This is the front of the cleaner and we are going to take it and put it towards the front and the A frame bearings and a mate, wiggle it a little bit, it moves this way and four screws, two in here and two in the bottom. Distend that to make it easy, take your Phillips Head Drill set, say it with me, the lowest torque setting and there we go, even take it a little lower, there it is. The final piece, is this one here, it actually does go on last because it is part that joins two of the pieces together, right in there. Remember this is the one screw that you can't lose, flap that up there, do a quick test and you now have a completely rebuilt, completely repaired class A Pool Vac Ultra.
