We are putting our pool vac ultra vac together, we've got our shroud in the upper portion taken care of, the turbine, or rather the gear box is in place, now its time to put the turbine in. First thing we want to do, is to take the turbine bearings and make sure they are in working order, in this case they are new because we are replacing them, and we want to put them onto the turbine. Now they are keyed meaning that if you can see here there is a little tiny "nitch" and it goes onto here and you spin it until it goes perfectly and again here until it slips right on until it goes all the way around. They have also made it nice by actually putting on an R onto the right hand side and a little nipple type thing right here to make sure that you don't install it backwards. It was done all the time and the cleaners well they wouldn't go backwards, it just simply wouldn't work. To get them on you just put it in. Now Chris, where's the front and back and left and right? Well they also put in the "left" and "right" right in there, ok? And of course that little "notchy" thing we talked about, the little nipple right there, and we're just going to set it right in, now this part is important, all right we're going to put it right there, and there's also a little keying right in the top here. We're going to spin it, heard that, that little click, didn't you hear the click, yes, nice. Now these don't move you want the turbine to move but not the bearings. Now we have the turbine and the bearings locked into place.
