Reassemble Pool Vac Ultra
Now we are going to put the shroud back on. Before we do that we want to put in the intermediary gear here and just make sure that it slides on this post and that it is nice and even and that we have good bite to the gear. That is excellent. Now we just take the cone assembly and place it on. Now as I did that I just made sure it got between the teeth and the assembly sits there. We are checking. Nice nice. Now it is time to put the shroud on. We are going to take the cleaner and put it upside down. Now this piece can come off so make sure it is set up and that the little tab is engaged there. I am going to hold this in my hand and make sure it tapers forward. We are going to hold that in front of the cleaner and I am going to get down just to double check. Okay it's engaged. Now we are going to turn it upside down and set the screws in place. Even in my work bench I actually have a hole drive to accommodate this. I am just going to hold it up. There are two types of screws associated with this. There are two shorts and they go in the front. See there again we have it set on the lowest setting one. It helps to have a magnetic one and steady hands. There we are engage it in and there we go. Get this little bugger out of there and beautiful. Now there are two other screws, two long screws that go in here now. Now if you have made a mess like I have, there are two other screws, two long screws that go in here now. Here's the thing now if you have made a mess like I have you might have gotten your screws mixed up. There are two screws, this one is tapered and this is for the main body housing and we'll deal with that later. The one we're going to use although they look exactly the same. This one has kind of a flat edge and that's the oe we are going to use to put the shroud back on. It is simply the same procedure except with longer bolts so it can engage a little more. Put the head on here; assemble this screw, one last one for good luck, excellent. Now we've got a nice secure working top half shroud.
