Reassemble Medium Turbines on Pool Vac Ultra

Well we have taken the Pool Vac Ultra apart and replaced them as necessary. We have got new parts here so let me show you how to put the whole thing back together. As you can see we've made quite a mess. That's exactly how I like it. The first thing we want to do is to put in the medium turbine assembly. How we do that is that we have started from the bottom and it requires three or four pieces. You want to take and set this bushing in place, push it in there. Now it will have a little ridge here and that is normal. You want to take engaging gear and put it on the top, flip it over, place this one in. Now you can see that it has got a hex shape on it and it is going to sit just so. Spin it until it goes right in there. Now we have got it half and half and I am holding it with both fingers, I am turning it over and I take a little tiny screw and wiggle it and put it in. Then I am going to take my automatic drill and set it on the very lowest torque setting and just gently there it is and it is set nicely in place. On the back we want to put in the actual turbine this piece right here sits on top. We want to make sure it spins nice. We are going to use these two pieces here as a guide. They are going to go on the outside of this. We are going to hold it up and sort of sandwich it together here. Now this post has to go in this little hole and that has to happen. You can see right here I am sort of using this gage as a guide and wiggling it and I can feel that post and gage and with two sort screws away we will soon have the assembly installed. There it is in place and moving smoothly and we'll go on to the next step.
