Remove Shroud on Pool Vac Ultra

Well we've been really taking the Pool Vac Ultra apart and double checked that it is all operating properly and replacing any parts that were needed but now we are going to go even deeper. Come on. In here this is the outer shroud. It's tapered and that helps it steer itself around the pool but mostly it is decorative. We need to remove it so we can get deep into the heart of its steering mechanism. That is done pretty easily by removing the four screws up in the corners and again as mentioned in previous clips I have mentioned how important it is to have a drill with some reach to it and this is why. We'll go here and see one, two, three and four. Now once those four screws are gone take them out and keep them together and we should be able to grab it and remove it, whala. Again when you remove it properly there are a couple of things still kicking around in there. The turbine and the master steering cone and this is where the where the hose actually attaches to and does the steering. So we have this over here, we've got the shroud completely off and then we are ready to take a look at the medium turbine and make sure that it is working properly.
