"Another thing to do to keep your Pool Vac Ultra working it's best is making sure that the flaps are in good repair and of course replacing them when necessary. The flaps are the little guys at the front and back that help create this suction zone of the cleaner and once they start to get worn or a hole through them, it's time for them to be replaced. Now what you want to do is take a small screwdriver, like this, it's a little bit tricky, get it right in there. Just sort of pop them out, o.k.? There's a little nipple in there you want to push through, and come out. You want to be somewhat careful with it because these little pieces of plastic here while strong can break. Once you remove that, you got that there. Now, taking it and putting it in is pretty easy but you want to make sure you do it methodically. All right, first thing is this blue screw right here, or spring rather, needs to set right in the spring retaining area. So the best way is to set one side in, move the other into the area where it's not quiet there and just sort of nudge it. Now, making sure that the loose spring is set home and it's sort of popping in and just move it back and forth and make sure it's there. Now, the back one is tricky because here your contending with a little turquoise deal and it must sit right there because once this spins, it puts pressure on the spring to effect how the cleaner operates. So make sure that it sets here and there, step them in, snap them in place. It's just that easy to keep your Pool Vac Ultra and its flaps working its best.
