How to Cook Homemade PastaLASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I am Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Now that the meat is ready, the paprika sauce is ready, there is only one thing left to be done to make this fine dish. Now I am breaking the pieces of the dough in to the boiling water. Earlier, I put some oil in to the water so the potato dumping would not stick together. You stir it. It is cooked up, so we sieve it and we rinse it with running water.
