LASZLO SZALAI: Good evening and welcome to Expert Village. I'm Laszlo Szalai, the chef of Citadella restaurant. Our restaurant is situated in Budapest, Hungary. Now we salt the grated potato, we add pepper and one egg. We stir it then we sprinkle it with flour. Basically we made a _____00:45 a dough just that we added potato to it. Now I add some more flour and a tiny bit of water. We brought all these things at the end together. Later on we will break off the dough to boiling water and we cook it up. Now I put the dough aside for a while.
