My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to carve a turkey. I'm just going to trim all this straight down and what you can do is these are the pieces that make really awesome turkey sandwiches. These are also the pieces that make great, like if you were doing turkey soup and you want to use the good part which will be the breast and the leg, thigh. You could use this part if you want to do a quick turkey soup where you were not cooking the turkey in the soup. So get up in there and all we are doing like I said is you are just going through and finding any spot that you see, turkey that we can salvage off the carcass and we are just going in there. I don't really believe there is a whole lot left on this one, I think I pretty much got it all. This is also like I said you want to use a really small really sharp knife you just got to get in there and get this stuff out. So there it is, that is everything one cooked turkey carcass all done.
